Can I buy tickets on the door?

Most nights sell out in advance, but if we haven’t reached full capacity, tickets will be available for purchase at the door.

I am under 16 can I attend?

This event is not recommended for individuals under 16 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or older at all times while on site. The required supervision ratio is one adult (21+) for every four minors (under 16). You will be asked for ID upon arrival, if you do not have this, you will be denied entry.

I am 18 years old, can I act as a responsible adult for our group which has under 16’s?

No, it must be an over 21 who can act as an adult for an under 16 year old. If when challenged you do not have ID to prove that you are 21 you will not be allowed to act as a responsible adult.

I am 16 or 17 years old, can I attend without an adult?

Yes, if you can prove that you are over-16 if challenged (see question “What types of photo ID are acceptable”)
If you do not have ID, nor an over 21 in your group you will be refused entry.

When do I need to bring ID?

If you are attending without a responsible adult, you need to be able to prove that you are over-16.
If you are attending as the responsible adult for a group including under 16’s you need to be able to prove you are over 18 if challenged.
We operate ‘Challenge 25’ in the bar area, so please bring ID if you may need to prove you are over 18 to buy alcohol.

What types of photo ID are acceptable?

We accept photo ID such as: drivers licence, student photo ID, and clear photocopies of passport photo pages.

Is Screamfest suitable for pregnant women?

Screamfest is a scary event is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart conditions or breathing problems. However, ultimately it is an individual’s decision to attend.

Do you use strobe lighting/ is it suitable for people with epilepsy?

Strobe lighting and smoke machines are used across the site.

Can I cancel/get a refund for my tickets?

Sorry our terms and conditions state no refunds.

I had my photo taken can I purchase the photo after the night I have visited?

Sorry no, you can only buy photos on the night.

Can I change my ticket time/date?

We have a no cancellation, refunds or exchanges policy but we may be able to reschedule you but you will be charged an £2.50 booking fee per ticket.

Can I enter the park before my entry time I have booked?

Sorry no but can you enter any time from your selected entry time until 9pm but not before.

Can we dress up?

Yes but you will be asked to removed headwear or masks when going through the scares.

Can I bring alcohol on site with me?

No, bags are search upon entry and any alcohol will be removed from you.

Will I go through security checks?

Yes, all bags will be checked upon entry, and random security screenings may occur. Additionally, a security dog will be present to assist during the entry process.

Do you have carers/disabled rate tickets?

Unfortunately, we do not offer specific tickets for disabled guests or carers. While we understand that not all disabilities are visible, we regret that our scare attractions are not wheelchair-accessible or suitable for individuals with mobility challenges due to narrow corridors, uneven terrain, steps, and confined spaces.

I am a wheelchair user can I get around site?

We’re sorry but unfortunately the scare attractions are not accessible for people in wheelchairs or those with mobility issues due to narrow corridors, uneven ground, steps and tight spaces.

I have had an operation recently, broken a bone which is in plaster or on crutches can I still attend?

Screamfest has narrow corridors, uneven ground, steps and tight spaces but ultimately it is an individual’s decision to attend.

Do you have a car park?

Yes we have large free car park

What time is the last entry?

9pm

Will the event be cancelled if it’s raining?

No, large areas are undercover so you can still enjoy the evening.
