Can I buy tickets on the door?
Sorry no, its online tickets only. You have until 6pm the day of the event to purchase tickets online, subject to availability.

What’s the cut off for online tickets purchases?
6pm, subject to availability.

I am under 12 can I attend?
Screamfest is a scary experience and not recommended for under 12s

I am under 16 can I attend?
Yes but Under 16s will not be admitted without an 18+ year responsible adult. Proof of age ID may be required. Please note, children remain the responsibility of a responsible adult at all times whilst on site.

I am 18 years old can I act as a responsible adult for our group which has under 16’s?
Yes but you remain responsible for the under 16’s behaviour at all times.

Is Screamfest suitable for pregnant women?
Screamfest is a scary event is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart conditions or breathing problems. However, ultimately it is an individual’s decision to attend.

Do you use strobe lighting/ is it suitable for people with epilepsy?
Strobe lighting and smoke machines are used across the site.

Can I cancel/get a refund for my tickets?
Sorry our terms and conditions state no refunds.

I had my photo taken can I purchase the photo after the night I have visited?
Sorry no, you can only buy photos on the night.

Can I change my ticket time/date?
If you rebook and call use with both booking references, we will cancel the original booking is it is for the same number of tickets AND the date on the original ticket has not past.

Can I enter the park before my entry time I have booked?
Sorry no but can you enter any time from your selected entry time until 9pm but not before.

Can we dress up?
Yes but you will be asked to removed headwear or masks when going through the scares.

Do I need to bring ID?
If you are over 16 and look younger then please bring ID. We accept photo ID including photocopies of passport photo pages.
The bar area is restricted to 18+ year olds. We operate ‘Challenge 25’ in the bar area so please bring ID if you wish to be served alcohol.

Can I bring alcohol on site with me?
No, bags are search upon entry and any alcohol will be removed from you.

Will I go through security checks?
Yes your bag will be searched and there will be metal detectors.

Are there fireworks every night?
No just on Saturday 2 October 2019

Do you have carers/disabled rate tickets?
No, we do not have disabled or carer tickets. Whilst not all disabilities are physical, we’re sorry but unfortunately the scare attractions are not accessible for people in wheelchairs or those with mobility issues due to narrow corridors, uneven ground, steps and tight spaces.

I am a wheelchair user can I get around site?
We’re sorry but unfortunately the scare attractions are not accessible for people in wheelchairs or those with mobility issues due to narrow corridors, uneven ground, steps and tight spaces.

I have had an operation recently, broken a bone which is in plaster or on crutches can I still attend?
Screamfest has narrow corridors, uneven ground, steps and tight spaces but ultimately it is an individual’s decision to attend.

Do you have a car park?
Yes we have large free car park

What time is the last entry?
9pm

What ID is required?
Proof of age ID We accept photo ID showing date of birth

Will the event be cancelled if it’s raining?
No, large areas are undercover so you can still enjoy the evening.
